Advertisements

I hadn't paid attention to this until now. I completely and fully support our second amendment rights. I've supported the NRA in defending our rights.

No way do I support this ad. They deserve the negative blow back here.

I think I need to join the NRA, and I don't even own a gun ...but I live in the country. I do have a bible though. I guess that proves Obama was half right.
Then they should have written the copy better and her tone should have been a conciliatory one not anger.

The NRA's ad was factual if controversial and the way it has the left going ape **** hysterical trying to counter it it must have hit a nerve. I saw the NRA telling people to stand up to violence and not be cowed by fascists and to respond to them with force if ones life or someone else's life is in danger.
The left has done a crappy job responding to this, again they've displayed lies and hysterics and paranoia and hate. Which is why they're being slowly driven out of favor politically.
If a liberal college prof tries to kill someone by bashing their head in with a bike lock just because they're a Trump supporter, why not put a bullet in him?

I fully support the 2nd amendment. I am pro-life. I believe we need a balanced budget amendment. Does that make me a "lefty"?

I do not like the ad so it's fair to ask why.

They use their media to assassinate real news.
This is a very bi-partisan thing. Fox will put their spin on items just as much as CNN. It's just the start and they could be talking all media so we will continue.

Quote:
They use their schools to teach children that their president is another Hitler.
They should know better than take the Godwin argument. Anytime you do this you lose. That said, do schools teach this? No they do NOT. Can you find a handful of teachers out of tens of thousands? You can find nutty positions of any kind when using this standard. It does not make for a valid argument.

Quote:
They use their movie stars and singers and award shows to repeat their narrative over and over again.
The entertainment industry has always leaned left. There is nothing new here. Very few care or take a position over what an actor has to say.

Quote:
And then they use their ex-president to endorse the resistance.
Ex presidents have said little. When Hillary was the nominee of course Bill would chime in now and then (generally it hurt Hillary when he did) but there is no argument here. Ex Presidents have said little.

All to make them march, make them protest, make them scream racism and sexism and xenophobia and homophobia and smash windows, burn cars, shut down interstates and airports, bully and terrorize the law abiding — until the only option left is for police to do their jobs and stop the madness.
"The police to do their job"........did they do their job in Cleveland when they hired a psychologically unfit officer for a job he had no business having and have him kill some kid because of it? Is that doing your job?

They did their job by blasting away at a guy with a gun and a permit (which the NRA fully supports) because the officer freaked because the guy had a "wide set nose"? Is that doing their job? I can continue with this list all day.

The people have every right to defend themselves. This is a position that the NRA is supposed to be taking.

Quote:
And when that happens, they’ll use it as an excuse for their outrage. The only way we stop this, the only way we save our country and our freedom is to fight this violence of lies with the clenched fist of truth. I’m the National Rifle Association of America and I’m freedom’s safest place.
She has NO idea what freedom is. To her face I would tell her........(Well, it can't be said here)

Oh another ad showing how straight, white people are under assault and need to defend themselves.

I swear, these snowflakes are so lucky they are white, one day as a person of color would likely result in suicide or a massive case of depression. I can't even imagine what they would do if they were pulled over by a cop, it would probably explode their heads to realize what it really feels like to be the victim of discrimination.

I watched the ad...I don't see what the issue even is.

There was one response from the Women's March that threw women and people of color in the video...but do they know that....black people, and women, can legally buy guns too?

Where is the video promoting violence at? This is just as bad as when righties said Loretta Lynch called for blood on the streets.

My side? Dude, I'm on the left, not the right. But, I'm also not blinded and also not a sheep and live in a fantasy land. The left have been the ones out of control lately. That Portland stabber=a Bernie supporter. That Alexandria shooter=a Bernie supporter. Antifa protesting and causing violence and physically attacking people for not agreeing with them = Anti-Trumpers and liberals.

And I'm not determining the date range, the damn article in the original post is. The Donald Trump presidency is the date range they're talking about, not anything prior.

Reading...it's not that hard.

Like I said, this is the ish that makes liberals look bad, not conservatives. I've seen so many people talk about white supremacist who are targeting POC and whatnot.....A) The video didn't even state that. B) You DO realize that I, as a black guy, could obtain a permit, get a background check, and go buy a gun today if I wanted to, right?

Any soundbyte is fair game for the Liberal media.....
