You can be against that while keeping your agenda away from the national anthem
The way I see it, if you want to stand during the anthem, stand. If you don't, don't. It's like the pledge of allegiance. If you want to recite it, fine. If not, fine. The people who died for freedom protecting the rights of people who stand, also protected the rights of those who don't.
Yes and keep your drama away from sports especially when you are making millions of dollars and don't have a clue about what is going in these neighborhoods. The only time you have to deal with the police is getting caught with drugs and wife beating.
It's no surprise conservatives can't understand this:

Oh. So thankful for the words from on high, but I doubt anyone here needs to learn the difference between here and N. Korea, or Trump and Kim Jong-il, ....
Yet it's you calling Trump a dictator. This speaks for itself.
It's not about political correctness, it's about showing respect for the flag which thousands of people have lost their lives fighting for, and love of country. Conservatives have ALWAYS valued that.
Apparently they don't have knowledge of the Constitution. Soldiers fight for our right to disagree.
They have been whining about political correctness for years and even cited Trump's opposition to it as a reason for liking him, yet they demand that people act politically correct during the national anthem
I recall people getting mad at Tim Tebow for kneeling also......."It doesn't belong in the game". "Do it on your own time".
Like with many things the hypocrisy runs wide and far.
A place where the vast overwhelming and disproportionate majority of employees are multi-millionaire blacks, and yet we still see them crying about oppression. Let's politicize pro sports like any other employer and demand affirmitive action so that white athletes are a representative part of the teams.
It is amazing how sheep pickup on the word "dotard" that a North Korean dictator uses that wants to destroy us. Maybe they should go visit North Korea with a one way ticket.

Fans should also parallel their beliefs. If what these thugs are doing offends you, stop buying tickets or purchasing the NFL package or buying ads from sponsors. If you support these low life thugs in NFL uniforms, that is your right, also.
