And please explain how Team Trump had time to be verifying Twitter ID's.
Maybe they knew the Twitter IDs were Russian because the campaign was in cahoots with them about the content of what the Russians posted and which specific areas to target.

Russian involvement goes back to 2010 with them also trying to influence the 2012 election.
I doubt Trump was in cahoots with them.
The bigger question is why this all hit the media AFTER Trump got elected ?
Why keep it quiet for 7 years ?
Why hand over 20% of US uranium to them ?

You keep repeating that bogus BS about 20% of US uranium. This is a lie and you know it.
Why Republicans stayed silent about supposed Russian involvement going back to 2010 is anybody's guess.
However, we know about it now and it is clear that some of Trump's campaign staff were involved. Manafort, Flynn, Page, Kushner, Sessions, Don Jr., ... were all meeting with Russian agents during the campaign. Some of the top campaign staff were retweeting posts from Russian accounts. ...
Whether Trump himself was involved or merely a witless dupe remains to be seen.
If Rs had even a shred of evidence, we'd be off on another round of Benghazi-like hearings.
Desperation in the air.
You're right.
But the desperation is coming from the D side as they:
1. Keep digging at anything they can find to impeach Trump
and
2. Try to keep their own leadership out of jail based on their own dirty dealings with Russia
You're right.

1) No reason to dig. Carter, Flynn, Manafort, Spicer, Preibus, ... are spilling the beans.
2) Those under investigation for dirty dealings with Russia are not Democrats. Those worried about prison terms are not Democrats.

Good questions.
- & also where was the uranium eventually sold to? (No one seems to know.)

Mueller's investigation is ongoing. Remember, it took 1 year to build up the case to impeach Nixon. Of course we're not going to hear anything until the investigation is done.
The difference between Democrats and Republicans is that they won't insist 8 to 9 extra investigations if it turns out there's nothing. Don't get me wrong, there are republicans that are good (in fact, they act more like Democrats, but that's for another thread ), and there are definitely ******* Democrats. However, Republicans overall peeve me off much more. That said, if I *had to* register for a pol. party, I'd probably go independent. The dems got REALLY arrogant in the last election, and they have no one else to blame but themselves. It really shouldn't even have been close, let alone victory for Trump
