There is no real black and white issue, the real black and white issues died out in the 1970s. It is the right that is trying to make politics black vs white, not the left. The right does this because to take the focus away from their ongoing political failures of the current administration as well as take attention away from the actual racial issue of the day which is immigration (which they want credit for solving but don't want anything to do with any potential byproduct that an actual decision on the issue would entail).
I'm white, I've never been called racist. No people that I associate with have mentioned being accused of racism, many of them being Republicans.
I do not loathe being white, I consider myself extremely fortunate.

I thought that was understood these days. if you are white, you are not only a white supremacist, but you are a flaming racist (which of course go hand in hand). You are also more than likely a xenophobe, homophobe, and many other -phobes and -isms.
