Actually it's simple. Otherwise people wouldn't mug people. Have nots if they can't earn a living in the straight world, will do what they have to to survive rather than just sit back and starve to death

In black and white:the state must steal and loot to keep others from stealing and looting (which doesn't work by the way).
You can also stop with the lie (in your mind "justification") that people are going to starve and die in the streets absent said theft.
