“I don’t want to talk about pardons of Michael Flynn yet,” Trump said, responding to a question. “We’ll see what happens. Let’s see.”
The way things look now, there may be no need for a pardon of Flynn, he could very well have his charges dropped.
I'm not saying this is highly likely, but Flynn now has the right judge handling his case. This judge is known for being aggressive with government corruption, and this whole Russian conspircy theory is blowing up.
No, the case isn't being dropped, any more than the dozens of times we've been told it's gone away.
And Trump is an idiot who possibly just talked himself into (another?) count of obstruction of justice with his asinine statement about holding the idea of a pardon out there.

What judge are you referring to?
It is all probably moot (pardoning Mr. Flynn). If Mr. Flynn had evidence he was willing to provide in return for pleading guilty to a lesser charge of lying to the FBI, he has probably already given sworn testimony.
I will also note this: a person is entitled the 'plea the Fifth' in order to not incriminate him or herself and have their freedom put into jeopardy.
Yet, if said person has been granted immunity from prosecution, then they cannot make a Fifth amendment plea. If they then refuse to testify they may be found in contempt of court and ordered to jail until such time as they are willing to testify. In other words, they hold the key to the cell in their pocket, if they testify.

that's my thought. the most damage that flynn could do is, most likely, already been done and now it's just a matter of waiting for the investigation to conclude before we find out exactly what flynn's testimony was.
