There is not a military in the entire world that uses the semi automatic AR-15 or any other semi automatic as it's battle rifle.

Stop trying to spew facts about things you obviously know nothing about.

Yep. That's about the size of it. The OP is perfectly satisfied now.

On to the next one!

Which, seeing how this was the eight school shooting in the first seven weeks of 2018, should be happening any day now...

America has become a country spending all it's time listening while being told who to blame for the fact everyone doesn't have a boat on a trailer in their driveway. 'Who to BLAME and hate" has become the topic de-jour for American families today.
Being continuously outraged is a national past time.

Trump has lied so much, changed his story so many times, been totally reprehensible in his word and deed over and over to the point that anything out of his mouth is questionable. Everything, every syllable out of his mouth, is aimed at trying to make himself look better, usually revealing how weak and paltry he actually is. He has no morals, no consideration for others, and certainly no sympathy, no matter what he expresses. To him its just words with no substance. Tomorrow he is just as likely to blame first responders for incompetence and school staff for not doing more. There is nothing credible in his words, just more political one liners he has been fed and told to say. If he thinks it suits his purpose, he will say exactly the opposite tomorrow.

Yeah ... but as middle-aged-mom mentioned ... life has changed, people have changed. Technology is a big driver of all sorts of societal not to mention economic shifts - not all of which are positive.

The Founding Fathers were wise anticipate to anticipate future transformations when they included provisions to amend the Constitution.

Not saying THAT is necessary, for I don't follow gun legislation details.

Rather, settlers using guns to protect themselves from Indians on isolated farm plots OR in citizen-based local militias (none of our current police-resources) does not translate well ...

... into 200 years later when you have a kid in a social-media feud who at the same time is saturating himself with shooting games ... being able to go out and buy an AK-15.

Just NOT the same world.

And Rifles, Pennsylvania Jagers, used during Revolutionary were accurate to 300yds.. Muskets, not so much past 50 yds.
You need them to fight the tyrannical government? A bunch of cosplay soldiers are not going to outshoot the US military or even local law enforcement, but maintaining that fantasy is apparently so important that it's used as a justification for having millions of of semi-automatic weapons many of them in the hands of people who should never own any gun. And the dead kids? I guess that's ok because they are just collateral damage of our gun fetish. That's sad.

Do you really, honestly believe what you just posted? That the FBI doesn’t have the resources to handle multiple probes and investigations? That 99% of their resources are focused on Trump?

And aren’t you Trump supporters advocating the FBI to look into “corruption” by Hillary and Obama/support their investigations? Yet, the use of those resources is okay?

Trump supporters. The very bottom of the barrel.

Of course this will not stop the culprits. Evil usually finds a way to commit evil. So we are back to looking for the troubled person.

Guns are not the only weapons used to commit evil. I recently saw on our local news about a man who let some homeless people stay in his trailer on his property rent free. He went to check on them and they had planned to rob him and ended up killing him with a baseball bat. Does that mean we have to do away with all baseball bats. Some of you sound ignorant and crazy to me.

Gun registries are unconstitutional according to the Supreme Court. It is none of governments business who keeps & who bears what.
It is the first step in arms confiscation. As you indicated as the reasoning. To come take someones gun if they are suspected.

When I can make any caliber small arms, even a cannon, that I want and make my own gunpowder and cartridges....... how are you going to limit my god given right to keep and bear arms? You are going to have to keep me incarcerated, or in bondage for my entire life, or kill me.

As usual, just a lot of blather and bloviation, platitudes and hot air. "A plan that works".....no specifics or details given, naturally. Will this brilliant plan that works be like his ACA replacement plan?
