They STILL have "booth camps" and "youth ranches" and one big story was a death there. Can you imagine sending your kids to "state camps" and having them come back in a box? Only in Florida.

Do away with speed limits, no penalties for child pornography, rape or assault because no one is deterred. The problem is people so lets not penalize them.
