This job is way more complicated and far busier than when he only had to answer to himself - and tell everyone else what to do. Now, he gets it from all sides - and he HAS to listen - whether he likes it or not - and, sometimes, he even has to do things he'd rather not. And, worst of all, he doesn't really understand most of what he signs. No surprise he forgets to sign.
He's definitely on overload - and he's under a constant microscope - with little relief. No more porn stars or mistresses for him. Gotta be very frustrating.
