No, it shows that you are incapable of understanding that there are protocals on the East coast that you don't understand. Trump chose to ignore the protocols. You don't want to understand them, apparently.

I'm a Boomer. We were taught that how you present yourself says something about you. Trump's misspelled tweets with poor to bad grammar says something about him, that you might not understand. Betsy DeVos, who is the subject of this thread, went to the lesser of the two church-related colleges, run by her religion, that were local to her. She's not the brightest bulb on the string, but she has the most money.

The United Kingdom spent the highest percentage (4.8 percent) of GDP on elementary and secondary education.

You mean it's the most accurate because it feeds YOUR agenda. Per student is per student no matter what the GDP is...

Were that still the case you'd not see boys pants around one's thighs, messed up hair being seen as good,2-3 day beards "stylish", you'd not see holes punched in every appendage and filled with steel not to mention gauges in ears bigger than I ever saw in a National Geographic magazine article on Ubangi warriors and let's not forget tattoos large enough to make the tattooed lady at the geek shows of old circus's blush with jealousy.
If presenting oneself meant anything to young people they wouldn't be dropping F-bombs among other vulgarities every time they speak like they're some kind of sailor on leave or a dock worker...
Try mentioning the "how you present yourself" thing to any of them and you'll most likely be told it's "racist, bigoted, sexist or a violation of their free speech rights" and too damn bad if you don't like it, "F-off"..

Per capita spending per student is meaningless unless you account for the disparity in cost of living.

But it still says something about someone born at the beginning of the baby boom. It might mean nothing to you, but it says something to most Boomers.

His degree is actually from Wharton. Read the commencement program.

Here's where you're getting confused. Penn offers a bachelor's degree in Economics, but it's not from Wharton. Wharton offers a bachelor's degree in Economics that has different requirements than the Economics bachelor's degree from Penn. They're two different things.

It's a shame you're from that area and still have NO clue of which you speak. /SMH
Mhm.

Southbound 295 is completely right.

You are completely wrong.

PLEASE don't be obtuse.
I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania. You.are.wrong.

LOL... Just stop. As both Penn and Penn State are internationally known universities, there's no "special East coast" language code which refers to them any differently than does the rest of the world.

You're just making yourself look foolish, at this point.

It's already been pointed out to you via the Alumni's own website that even Penn State Alumni refer to themselves as EXACTLY that: Penn State Alumni, not Penn Alumni.

And yet you've chosen to continue making yourself look foolish with your 'Penn State is referred to as Penn' garbage?
