He found out the FBI was surveilling Cohen prior to raid
Trapping emails n phone calls
Saw Cohen was deleting info so not there for supoenas
That is evidence likely they took to judge to get no knock warrants
He was in process of obstructing justice by deleting emails
Likely related to Daniels or others since Trump doesnt email

Yeah, it's Muller.

Have you not been paying attention to the caliber of people Trump associates with or how he treated people? There is a loooong list of people who wouldn't mind throwing a log on the fire that burns down Trump, and now they have that opportunity.

The filing shows that they were concerned he would delete emails.
If the judge granted the warrant, she probably saw evidence indicating he had, or was likely to delete them.

Mueller has nothing to do with Cohen's file. He hasn't seen them, and won't, unless something is found germaine to the Russia investigation. You need to talk to SDNY.

Cohen and Trump’s attorney can certainly assert some of the evidence seized are protected by attorney-client privilege and get a restraining order to prevent the DOJ from reviewing the evidence. Who knows.

At this point, who really believes Trump did not have an affair with Stormy Daniels other than Trump himself and some of his most low-intelligence followers. And what privilege can Trump really assert if A) he didn’t know about the NDA and B) Trump is not this “David Dennison”? Remember, attorney-client privilege is a client’s privilege, not an attorney’s privilege. So if Trump asserts attorney-client privilege in the Stormy Daniels documents seized by the FBI, then he is basically admitting he was the client and has been lying to the public the entire time.
A judge can establish a special master to rebiew info seized by warrent from attotney or doctor files to protect client info not tied to investigation
Can even use special master to protect aspects of copywright/trade secrets

But who would Trump, Cohen, et al trust???
Only someone under their thumb IMO
