Exactly. People have got to vote in November. Help save our country from the crazy that is poisoning us.

Got some bad news for you.

Congress is not only doing nothing about what's going on now, they are doing nothing to ensure the vote will be honest in November.

Yep. the gerrymandering efforts are in high gear and have been for some years now.

"My father's GOP" is long gone. Most of the "republicans" in office today are a disgrace.

"REPORTER (Jeff Mason from Reuters): President Putin, did you want President Trump to win the election and did you direct any of your officials to help him do that?

PUTIN: Yes, I did. Yes, I did. Because he talked about bringing the US/Russia relationship back to normal."

The question seems to have been removed from the Kremlin's official version now, too. No collusion, amirite?

This is terrifying. The White House is lying to the American people.

The crazy thing is, there were an estimated 160,000,000 people watching the summit live worldwide last week. So Trump's White House is literally telling millions of people across the planet that what we saw and heard with our own eyes is not true.

And once again, because it always needs to be repeated: If Obama had met with a hostile foreign leader in secret for two hours, and later doctored/edited the "official" transcript to omit key information, the GOP Congress would be starting the process to impeach.

Just before the election, Karen McDougal, a former Playboy model, said she had an affair with Donald J. Trump. The affair was stated to be about the same time Trump's wife had just given birth.

Hope Hicks, Trumps spokeswoman said “We have no knowledge of any of this” and the claim of an affair was “totally untrue.”

Trumps ex-lawyer, Michael Cohen, released a recorded tape conversation that shows Trump was directly involved in talks about whether to pay the Enquirer for the rights to Karen McDougal's story in order to suppress it validating the affair was true after all.

Thank you for this post, you've refreshed my memory.

I totally forgot that Hicks said specifically that Trump had no knowledge of the McDougal allegations and that it was untrue.

Add this to the long list of Trump's lies.

So both the Kremlin and the Trump administration removed the same information?

This is beyond bizarre.

Da, comrade.

This piece from CNN reports on the editing of the WH's transcript:

https://amp-cnn-com.cdn.ampproject.o...t%2Findex.html

I scrolled through the Kremlin's version several times and I can't find the reporter's question "President Putin, did you want President Trump to win the election?" there, either.

And now the WH is apparently editing it out of the video as well:

Pompeo having a rough time trying to answer questions about Trump's 2 hour meeting with Putin.

Trying to use defense by stating Presidents are allowed to talk privately with foreign leaders. Not mentioning notes not taken, Trump unable to tell anyone what he talked about or agreed to.

It's a sad state of affairs when the Sec. of State not able to answer questions that affect the entire country.
