Democrats win the house in Nov 18 and impeach Trump in 2019. The Senate never votes to convict because Trump resigns in 2019.

Mueller will present:

a. A solid case for obstruction of justice. Bonus: Devin Nunes gets indicted for obstruction of justice.

b. Damning evidence that the Trump campaign colluded and conspired with Russia, based on classified evidence that Mueller has but has not been publicly disclosed. And some of this evidence will come independently from European intelligence agencies, completely demolishing the "deep state" narrative.

c. Evidence of quid pro quo with Russia, that the Trump campaign conspired with Russia to lift the 2014 sanctions in exchange for election interference.

d. Mueller will name Don Jr. and Kushner in indictments and name Trump as an unindicted conspirator, all at the same time. This will prevent Trump from issuing pardons.

e. After Trump resigns he will face RICO charges, including money laundering, at the state level in New York.
Bingo until we get to e.

Doubt he will resign. As long as there are enough Republicans backing him in the Senate, he's got the job.

I'm not talking about the president, his campaign director and NSA Chief are small potatoes? Its pretty amazing how much we have learned about what a president can get away with during Trump's tenure. The defense is "he cannot be indicted", what a glowing recommendation for sitting president.

Notice how Ivanka, Kushner and his sons have went into witness protection program.

He’ll go out the same way he got in way he came in kicking and screaming. He’ll end up pleading the 5th if you ask me and tell everyone how he was framed by the media and or Hillary/Obama.

He needs to learn Russian. He may be moving soon. (Just dreaming)

Better to spend that time investigating all the corruption and unethical behavior.

Nail the entire GOP, not just Trump.
Nailing, most of the GOP in congress is such a great idea. All they have done is sleep and hide their heads in the sand. Trump carries on and they look like a bunch of dopes and getting the big bucks and lots of time off. What a gig. Who are they working for?

Wait now the entire GOP is under investigation? When did that happen?

It is doubtful they will have enough Democrats in the Senate to pull of an impeachment, so why waste time in the House passing articles of impeachment?

After the election, if the Democrats regain the majority in the House, they will launch 21 committee investigations into all sorts of criminal/unethical behavior and spent the next two years "Benghazing" the GOP.
I think you are not taking into account how the Republicans will react to the expected loss of seats during the elections. If it is as bad as expected they will directly blame Trump for losing them the house, and they will see the Senate loss coming up. They may very well decide that the only way to mitigate that is with President Pence. And they may very well be right. Its all these people thinking they will lose their job.

Of course when Trump cries about it, their far right insane base will also leave them and cost them their job. This really is a lose lose for them.
