ANY person in the US has a right to due process, regardless of their citizenship.
But trump want to deny them this right. Next week, quien sabe? Maybe he denies due process to everyone.

It's not like we don't know that numbers are down. BTW, there is no invasion. You can stop being scared. This is the danger of using hatred and fear to build your base. That is what 45 did and it has gotten them to not only distrust the media and facts but now, they are behind the elimination of due process. How long before American citizens are denied due process. You people really want to go down this road??? Shiver...

The more illegals in the country, the more the democrat elites can impoverish and put on welfare. Eventually, they will suck the country dry but the democrat elites will once again have slaves.

So if your son or daughter wanders over the border without proof of citizenship or any identification, it's okay with you that she/he doesn't get due process to prove who they are? We just drive them deeper into Mexico and dump them off? No judge, no lawyer, no call to daddy for help? Don't you get it, Trump is refusing to hire more immigration judges so the system is artificially backlogged which is creating the so-called crisis at the border. Now he wants to take away due process to 'fix' it? It's very scary that people are so willing to give away something so basic to our system of laws.
He said that Mexico will NEVER change as long as its citizens always have a choice to either force the Mexican government to change, or simply leave for the US for a better life. What would happen if they no longer had an out by fleeing to the US? They would be forced to protest their own government to improve. But they never will as long as they can risk their lives illegally crossing our borders.
The USA must close the southern border to all comers. IT IS THE ONLY WAY to get their citizens to force Mexico to change.
