For those saying "But taxes!", funny how people living in European countries don't seem to mind. Paying extra in taxes is well worth the peace of mind knowing if you get sick or injured you won't have to worry about any financial issues due to it.

Also, if the govt took away every rich persons millions/billions and invested all of it into health care that alone would take care of it.

sin taxes are already high, what kind of rate are you talking? and what is an unhealtful product? at some point people will just make their own booze, cigs, deep fried twinkies

Funny how when liberals try to justify socialism, they always pick white countries and not brown or black countries. But then they celebrate that America is becoming less white.

you can't be serious. I am going to come take all your money and invest the way i think is best. and if im the government that means very poorly. you good with that?

Actually they mind a lot. If not taxes then the quality or lack there of care. That's why many also have private insurance not unlike our system here.
