Yes there needs to be a trial. However, Trump's own appointees at DOJ, FBI and CIA claim that the Russians have been breaking US laws.

You do understand that one of those indicted russian companies shown up and mueller ran the other way, right? How many excuses did he make?

32 indicted.

5 felony convictions.

And it's just getting warmed up.
