If you're in the customer service business, you should be free to pick your customers for any reason you like.
And subsequently your customers will decide if that's an acceptable business model or not.
Now, I fully agree from a business stand point that excluding anyone as a customer isn't a smart business decision.
But people should be free to make that decision for themselves and their business will either succeed or fail accordingly.
In short, let the market sort it out.
