Well, we don't even know who the shooter is so to jump to that conclusion would be very stupid on your part. You can't rule out anything because you don't even know who the shooter is. I read the article. No description of the shooter, and the face of the shooter was obscured thanks to said shooter's clothing.

Seems the 29 y/o shooter was killed by police and they are not releasing any more information at this time.
Government/media still haven't identified the shooter as of the last news story I saw. Wonder why?
