Canadian firearm laws are very, very strict. Libs your these laws all the time yet can't comment honesty when they never work.

Consider the terrain and how much is wilderness, I believe there are regulations requiring you to carry a firearm when flying over certain parts of Canada.

Not arguing it is because of gun laws, but Canadians homicide rates are significantly lower than US.

We have murder laws in the US and they don't work! Your point?

Laws prevent little/nothing with 100% effectiveness. They merely provide a means of punishing the offenders.

Yes, I am sure many of the Canadian owned firearms are hunting rifles.

The city apparently KNEW a terror attack was imminent and suppressed the information.

No one has been arrested so far in last Thursday’s strange terror alert in downtown Toronto.

But the Sun has learned a Toronto Police officer has been suspended with pay for allegedly tipping off friends that there could be a concern for people’s safety around the area of the CN Tower.

Police sources say the intelligence had come forward that there was a threat of a van ramming attack in the area around the CN Tower and also up at Canada’s Wonderland.

So Clinton hasn't been ruled out either I take it it?

Shooter wasn't wearing a muumuu by any chance? There's a thread about Clinton wearing a muumuu the other day. I'm not kidding.

Appears the intense interest in her back brace has died down as that thread has moved off the first page.

Enough of such off-topic nonsense.

Seems the 29 y/o shooter was killed by police and they are not releasing any more information at this time.

Please. You’re going to try to compare gun violence in canada to here? Spare us.

Government/media still haven't identified the shooter as of the last news story I saw. Wonder why?
