They have historical right. As do the Mexicans and Native Americans to some parts of the US.
Why? There are no populations that actually originated in North America. They all migrated from somewhere else and took control of the land. And the same has been happening ever since.
But the population of Israel is more than 75% Jewish, and they've chosen Jerusalem as their capital. You see, being a Jew cuts across international boundaries.
So does being a human. I have no current allegiance to Israel. Though if they call me in need I might come.
