The prominent republican Iowa family and farm that housed this illegal alien did not do any background check.
Actually, they did. They verified via the SS Administration.
And for those of you who are really slow on the uptake, a study commissioned by Homeland Security found that 54% of illegal aliens vetted with e-verify passed. Why? They were using stolen IDs and SS#s just like Rivera (Mollie's illegal alien murderer) did.
Please don't continue to make yourselves look stupid. /SMH
Forged/stolen ID and SS#. 54% of the illegal aliens vetted with e-verify pass, mostly for the same reason: felony identity theft. I posted a CBS News article on this.

Interesting
I wonder why Craig Lang one of the owners of Yarrabee Farms, the former president of the Iowa Farm Bureau, the Iowa Board of Regents, and a 2018 Republican candidate for state secretary of agriculture promoted using E-Verify. (But didn't use E-Verify).
Quote:
Yarrabee Farms is owned by a prominent Iowa GOP family. Craig Lang is one of the owners of Yarrabee Farms. Craig Lang is the former president of the Iowa Farm Bureau and the Iowa Board of Regents and a 2018 Republican candidate for state secretary of agriculture. Craig Lang has in the past talked about the importance of E-Verify and that it should be utilized, as seen in this video. On Wednesday, Craig's son, Dane, apologized for the inaccuracy in the initial statement given by Yarrabee Farms, which said that it used E-Verify for vetting.
The farm did NOT use e-verify. They lied. They have since admitted that they did not use e-verify (which was obvious, because e-verify is very effective).
E-verify, which is voluntary, is very lightly used, especially in agriculture (which leans hard right). Anyone wanna guess why?
Obviously I am not up to speed on the murderer.
Last I read, his lawyer said his client was in Iowa legally.
Last I read, his employer said he used fake IDs, state ID and SS card that were not his own.
Last I read, his employer claims to have vetted him via eVerify.
What am I missing?
