That's how salary/income works now. The problem is that many don't recognize that there are forms of giving (contributing to production) other than manual labor.

Communism fails. Every time.
Communism as you understand it is the central government controlling and mandating production. Nothing to do with what I’m suggesting.

This seems like a good step forward.

I mean, taxing money that was stolen is a good start to redistribute wealth: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wsj...ill-1536167214

No, that's socialism. What you're describing is communism. It always fails.

Socialism: a political and economic theory of social organization that advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned or regulated by the community as a whole.

It has existed in terms of terminology before Marx. Also, I'm an anarcho-communist (syndicalist specifically).

Read Kropotkin, it has and continues to work where it is applied; minor example, but still: https://community-wealth.org/content...mmunity-wealth

Their stocks dropped off after reaching 2000. Seems there is public push back:

Communism: a system in which goods are owned in common and are available to all as needed.

Communism is a specific term, socialism is a general one.

I'm an anarcho-communist, which is even more specific than communist, and even more specific to that is anarcho-syndicalist.

For political reasons (mainly Marx and Lenin) these definitions have changed.

Nonetheless, all of these exist under the brotherhood of socialism.

Of course Bezos invests in military politicians to expand the MIC. He makes money off of pentagon spending:

You're claiming people can take what they need, even if they don't produce. That's communism.

Communism fails.
