They should be happy the Big 3 was McCain 24/7. It gave them a break on their reporting about how corrupt their dear leader was and always will be.
I said it back in 2009 and other instances when the Big 3 was reporting on someone or an issue that you are tired of hearing about..."Turn off the damn T V and go do something with your life".
Trump is so corrupt yet no evidence has been provided and people like you have him impeached. Yet a guy like Mayor de Blasio get's caught with his hand in the cookie jar at least twice and everyone pretends it didn't happen. Same with Cuomo and the Manhattan DA investigating Harvey Weinstein. Both parties received sizeable campaign contributions and suddenly an open investigation into a rapist is closed. But there is nothing to see here.
Well the McCain family has a right to "outrage" toward Trump after his continual petty and disgusting remarks to the press about JM being captured. Just indicates his narcissistic jealousy of an honorable man who didn't take multiple deferments. And speaking of expense to the American taxpayer, what about the obnoxious narcissistic parade Trump wanted? No outrage about that waste of $ ?
first, The parade isn't happening so that's a moot point. Second, the McCain family has a history of holding petty grudges. Like a lot of things, Trump could have handled it better. There was no reason for Trump to go there. But, let's face it. If it wasn't that comment it would have been another comment or policy that would have caused a problem, real or imagined. McCain was not an easy guy to like. Bush was pretty blunt about it. Obama danced around it a bit like he does with everything he speaks about but made his point.
Before McCain became properly medicated 20 years ago he was known as one of the meanest people in Washington. The type of pettiness that was on full display by the McCain family isn't something that happens overnight. It is manufactured over the course of a lifetime living with someone that always feels slighted real or imagined. For all the good McCain did he in his career he did just as much harm. The final insult to the people that voted for him time and time again was to broke his promise to repeal Obama care simply out of revenge on Trump. In retrospect that may have been the best thing to happen to Trump. Because ever since then he has gotten nearly everything he has wanted in record time. So let's all give a big THANK YOU to John McCain.

Not to mention Trump's disgusting grifter family...
It's pathetic how some have been swindled by the phony puffy of McCain by the liberal-biased media and certain politicians (that need to be voted out of office) and still can't accept the truth.
Which is that he was worse than useless as a Senator and was from day one.
How bad was he? Bad enough for me to feel that the better man won in 2008. I felt that way after the election and still do despite Obama's dismal record in office.
This brief period that we're living where FINALLY the alternate reality that the left lives in is openly challenged and called out for the lie that it is is a breath of fresh air we thought we'd never see. But I find it very difficult to be optimistic about our post-2024 future. Odds are it will be another hundred years before another Presidential candidate emerges with anything like Trump's straight-shooting political courage. My fervent hope is that somehow we'll beat the odds, but it's hard to see any basis for predicting it.
No outrage here - just thankful I was privileged to view this beautiful event

.....to the rest of us, it was him fighting for the soul of the country from beyond the grave.
For those who didn't see the service, you have NO IDEA what a beautiful and inspirational ceremony it was - more of a tribute to the country than to John McCain.
The very carefully chosen music at the funeral - music I hadn't heard or sung in years - sent a powerful and aspirational message to the entire country - that of patriotism, love of country, and love of God.
It was definitely McCain's intent to remind us again of what we are, what we aspire to be, of our better selves.
A very well-spent three hours. I needed that. The country needed it. Would that we will heed.

Totally wrong - I'm a Democrat and am disgusted not only with the publicity but with the overall coverage. The media completely disregarded Bridget McCain whom they adopted and kept referring to Meghan as the youngest - because she's the one that said America was always great.
America is great but not as great as it was 15-20 yrs ago when there wasn't as much racial divide, before PC came into being, when Democrats actually were the party of the working class man.
People always want to put the blame on Republicans - there are plenty of Democrats that are discussed with the way things are today and that's exactly why Trump won. You forgot about us then and you didn't learn as you continue to ignore us now.
