As a self-professed Christian, I find the scariest thing about our current climate is that folks are making generalizations about Christianity based upon their example.
Trump and his supporters claim to be doing "God's work" and "restoring our nation to it's Judeo-Christian principles." Like it or not, Trump is the face of modern evangelical Christianity. Evangelicals are going to have to live with that and they are going to continue to have to answer for that long after Trump is gone. While they may be passionate about ending abortion and same-sex marriage, a time is coming when the church is going to have to look at itself in the mirror and ask itself whether it was worth the cost.

The Evangelicals have Sarah Sanders standing there day after day lying for a thieving, lying *****- grabbing scumbag so I do not believe that will ever be able to wash this stench off nor should they be allowed to.
Do you think liberals would have respected Christians and Christianity more if the religion and its adherents were beheading people or advocating such of, asking infidels (non-Christians) to convert, to die or to pay extra tax, throw gays off from roof top buildings, stone adulterous to death, demanding capital punishment for insulting Jesus/Christianity, forcing women to cover themselves, ban alcohol/gambling/prostitution, etc. in the 21st century?
Seeing off topics and anti-Christian bashing on this forum is really sickening. Liberals likes to take advantage. Wish we could have them live in an Islamic nation and then came back to truly appreciate Christian and Western values.

Guess you're not a student of the history of Christianity over the centuries are you? LOL. You might want to study the Inquisition for starters. There was much asking of infidels to convert or die. Lots of ugliness and nastiness coming from some of those "Christians." Not to mention slavery, Trail of Tears, racism and the KKK, etc. Many of those folks killing people yet showing up to sing in the choir on Sunday. Christianity should be a religion of love as taught by Jesus, but unfortunately it is anything but for many. As I recall, Jesus had the most problem with the religious folks of the day.

You want a source for liberals being anti-white? They won't usually come out and admit it but sometimes do. It is easily read between the lines of everything they say and do.
Also, the cornerstones of liberalism describe Jesus' attitude and teachings far more than conservative ideology does. In his time, Jesus was radically liberal in comparison to everyone else around him. Jesus was walking side-by-side with the people nobody else wanted to and he was lifting up those who had been shunned from society. Jesus was attending to the weak, the poor, the hungry, and the sick. Jesus sent the money changers away. Jesus did not tolerate the self-righteous condemnation of others. Jesus did not use his teachings as a weapon against other people. Jesus said that we should love.
That was then. And how about now? What would Jesus be doing right now, in this current political climate? Would he be applauding the conservative right and saying, "Yep, that's what I wanted," or would he be walking side-by-side with those who protest injustice, holding the hands of assault survivors, and embracing the kids who've been kicked out of their homes because they're gay? I suppose the answer to this question is for you all to decide on your own. Jesus might not march in a gay pride parade but I don't think he'd be holding up signs with 'You're Going to Hell' on them with the picketers either.
The Jesus I know would stop at nothing to make sure all of his children feel safe, secure, loved, well-fed, and appreciated - regardless of sin. I think he'd be heartbroken to know what so many say and do in his name today.
Honestly, some of these "liberals hate whites" posts are getting a little redundant. Talk about snowflakes.
What is getting tiresome is liberals continuously attacking all things traditional and white identity. It's my dream they stop so we can focus on other things.
