In a Tuesday interview with The New York Times, the 76-year-old star admitted that she's considering moving to Canada if the Democrats don't win a majority in the House of Representatives in the midterm elections next week.
"I want to sleep nights, if we take the House I’ll be able to sleep a little bit better," Streisand told the outlet, adding that if they don't take control she's been "thinking about" a potential move.

I won't like it either, but I also don't see why Canada, or any other country, would want a "refugee" from a developed country who is just miffed about politics, however unsavory the ruling party.
If I had a country, I would want fighters, not flee-ers.

Canada is a great country but those number you posted on Canadian median income just appear to be made up, there's nothing I've found to back them up. Actually, people in the USA take home about 45% more at $44K/yr in the USA and $29K/yr in Canada.

It's not unusual for an American to assume they have exclusive rights to making things up as the poster I was responding to: You didn't look very hard; those figures come from the most recent government census results taken in BOTH countries.
