Your post doesn’t warrant a better response.

Of course there is. A salute is an expression, and hence protected by the 1st amendment. A public university is subject to honoring this 1st amendment to certain grounds, which is why many public universities are forced to allow certain people speak (even neo-nazis).

All these boys need to do is sue, and they will be heard. if they were smart, they'd all apply to the same university, and if they were all rejected, then they could pool their resources and sue.

And you truly need to stop being petty and vindictive.

Stupid boys.
The story is evolving. The young man first just said that it bothered him when the guys did it.
He then said the photographer told them to wave...and the boys decided to do it.

I have a feeling the photographer and the boys all knew what they were doing. So the photographer claims he told the boys to wave 'bye' to Mom and Dad...so Mom and Dad were there?

Not for the photographer to deny his clients what they want -- but you would hope an adult would be an adult and suggest to the boys they be careful that they do.

Of course there is. You can be a nazi and say nazi things all day long, even after you get your teeth handed to you.

So your response to FREE SPEECH, and free expression is violence? Just like ANTIFA, and BLM. Got it. But, it's ok because you'd be "in the right". Correct?

And you're the same people that are scared of 100 year old statues, and old flags. Hmmmmm. Very teling.

LOL.
Yes, they will go to court, and make it public record that their right's as nazis are being infringed upon.

nazis do everything they can to hide who they are. They've seen what happens to the idiots who directly state who they are, and while these kids might be morons, they can't be that stupid.

Their only strategy, like all nazi ******* is to deny what they were doing (which they've already started), and hope they get a pass for being dumb kids.
