No, you said "expand or buy back" in the context that because there were buybacks that it didn't help expand or create jobs.

Trying to imply that the buyback would end up in the cash being stuffed into mattresses in terms of economic impact instead of invested in other stocks and thus expanding the economy is dishonest partisanship.

Beat on Trump all you like, I didn't vote for him and suspect he'll be gone in a year or two.

However, if you're going to try to play partisan games with stats, economics, finance then I'm going to disagree. I did the same stuff when Obama was the target.
