The Coast Guard has their main facility at Cape May, in South Jersey. There is a food pantry there for them. What do you think the reaction would be if there was a food pantry at Fort Bragg, or any other army base, and the families there had to rely on it because of no pay?

Who's grand idea is it to have these Continuing Resolutions(CR's) to be able to hold the USA government hostage to get what they want, when they want it.
Where is the Budget? As is mandatory, per US Constitution?
