I was suspicious of it from the beginning. A-holes like him should be in jail.
Filing a false police report depending on jurisdiction can range from misdemeanor to felony.
A noose and MAGA hats sounds like an attempt to incite a racial war.
FELONY ........................ minimum of one year plus fines.
It sounds like he lied about being assaulted and attempted to make his lie into a hate crime. As hate crimes are up across the country the last few years, many people were inclined to believe his story.
IF it is proven that he lied, I hope police prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law and he sees jail time.
Felony Conviction seems the way to go if proven so................
The alleged attackers are built like Marvel comics super heroes. How can the alleged victim walk away from that with barely a scratch? He didn't even drop his sandwich..... His police sketch was either done by the worst artist known to man or the victim tanked his description on purpose.
One word sums this up.
Staged.
This story seemed to get a little fishy fairly quickly. At first I was horrified to hear about it. Then as time went on it to started not making any sense. No one saw anything, no surveillance camera footage even though supposedly the area is blanked with cameras. Then you see clips of him on TV getting annoyed that the police want his phone, then something about him not reporting to the police to turn over his phone, I forget exactly but it's not adding up.

Yes.
The way the media explained it:
Part of his phone history was redacted prior to turning it over to the police.
He did not want anybody snooping his personal contacts or photos...............
Never heard of such a thing.
Will future criminals apply this method down the road?
Sorry officers, you can't have my phone until I erase pertinent and
personal information that might lead to my arrest and conviction.
I got the same with Google as you until I added "in Nashville", then the stories came up. One article listed the alleged perpetrators as " children".
That's because like the word "thugs", the word "youths" can be considered racist.
Anyway, first time I heard this story. Guess it doesn't fit into the MSM's narratives.
As far as the Google bit. No surprise there.
