As of right now, there is just video of them walking around his apartment at night with no sign of an attack. That is highly unlikely to be a coincidence, but not enough to charge them. I guess there is Jussie's word that these were the attackers. It seems they would also need to have texts with Jussie or evidence of them buying the rope to actually bring charges. Maybe some sort of technically like obstruction of justice? All speculation on my part. I guess time will tell.

Wasn't there a white country singer in Nashville just last week murdered by a group of Black teens, and it seems to be getting very little traction from the MSM.
I would also like people to do an experiment for me and tell me the truth. I tried to use google and just typed in country singer killed by teens, and it showed nothing related to what I was looking for. It had something about a country singer killed by coyotes, but that was NOT what I was searching for. I go to duck duck go, and typed the same exact thing, country singer killed by teens, and it had everything I was looking for on the first page. Please do this little research and let me know what your results are. If yours is like mine, where google is playing games, then I'd like to know, why are they doing this? What is their goal in hiding this stuff from the public?
It sounds like he lied about being assaulted and attempted to make his lie into a hate crime. As hate crimes are up across the country the last few years, many people were inclined to believe his story.
IF it is proven that he lied, I hope police prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law and he sees jail time.
