Based on his recent statements about what a great job BP is doing in securing the border, I imagine he's going to have a hard time justifying this in court.
Not to mention, the precedent that he's setting in thinking that he can get away with this.
I blame Nancy Pelosi, when she said "No money for a Border Wall", she upstaged Donald Trump publicly and he didn't like this! Being the "big baby" that he is, Donald Trump is going to declare a National Emergency to get a Border Wall! Donald Trump should have been given a pacifier instead!
Courts will probably strike it down, since the money is something the Congress specifically denied. Otherwise the checks and balances no longer exists.
He's wiping his orange *** with the constitution. Or does he cover that up like he does his eyes when he's spending "executive time" in his tanning bed.
