Your (and others like you) problem with Kap is that he ever stood up and complained no matter what he complained about. He could’ve been complaining about bad food...doesn’t matter. Folks like yourself believe that blacks should (barely) be seen (except on a field or gym) and never be heard. In your mind, we don’t have a right to complain or protest any conditions whatsoever. You especially resent Kap taking on the police because like the typical conservative, you’re an authoritarian that “kisses up and kicks down.” You believe that the cops have no right to be challenged at all, but especially not by black folks. You can’t abide that.

You’re also angry because like a typical conservative, if a black person has any money, they should smile, kowtow, head scratch, buckdance and shine for the white folks as an example to other blacks of what a “good boy” can be if he just keeps his mouth shut and not speak any truth to the powerful. That scares you when they don’t follow the script because you think it’ll become infectious and influence other black folks. God forbid.

BTW...you’re still watching football religiously. If you weren’t, then this victory against the NFL wouldn’t needle you so much. You can protest to the contrary, but I know better. Like the other poster, you’re also trying too hard. It’s not convincing though.
Wow, that's gonna leave a mark!

Wow, $60 million? I thought it wasn't about the money? Will he be giving 90% to social activism?

This is why playing the race card and being a victim is such a big business in America, he earned more by kneeling than he ever did playing.
His last six-year contract was worth over $126M.

don't worry, pea brain is likely to blow through that money and more by the time he's 40. Maybe Nike will give him more money then. Don't expect any of that money to go to any activist cause though...

Kap & Nessa just got paid
Damn. You’re hurt too. Turns out that he’s very smart with his dough.

What you mean is that you HOPE he goes broke. Lol

Not my intent. But...

I’ve never believed for a second that ANYONE felt as if Kap was disrespectful of the flag or the country. Yes, I believe most Americans are generally pretty clueless with few exceptions, but most patriotic blathering coming outta folks’ mouths is hot air, pretense, showing off, and a load of bullocks.

Americans are always talking about the right to protest being enshrined, but I’ve always noticed that most Americans HATE for anyone to actually exercise that right. People think protest is fine in the abstract as long as you don’t actually protest. People don’t want the apple cart upset. Why? Because it turns out that no matter how bad the apple cart might be, folks generally like it or are too cowardly to say anything about how bad it is. And cowards absolutely hate courageous people because people with courage remind them of how pusillanimous they are themselves.

So I know the game well enough to see who the cowards are and even when they hide behind the flag, I can spot the pusillanimity in ‘em. I will always find it in weak ass people, and point it out to them because I despise a coward.

Hoping no doubt. But odds are in my favor

By the time they have been retired for two years,
78 percent of former NFL players have gone bankrupt
or are under financial stress because of joblessness or divorce
https://fivethirtyeight.com/features...x-nfl-players/

Kap's rocks for brains makes those odds even higher for him

Kaepernick is trash. It's telling to see who's defending him.

His protest was based on a lie. Not surprising you would applaud someone with a defective heart like Kap.

You don't have a right to protest at your work place. Why comment when you are ignorant on rights?

This one is easy..

Trumpers are angry to see the NFL lose to a black liberal that exercised his constitutional rights. They hate seeing him defying Trump and getting a sweet sweet pay day into the bargain
