Kap's rocks for brains makes those odds even higher for him
He has rocks for brains, but just won a ton of cash in a lawsuit that you all claimed he’d lose.

Keep hoping. You’ll still be broke regardless. At least if he goes broke, he can say that he once had it. You never had it and never will.

Yep. I’ll be trash too. And I’m gonna keep defending him.

You don’t care about the issue that he protested about. You care that he actually used his right to protest instead of shining for you folks with a handkerchief on his head and some bootblack and a brush in his hand.

You’re hurtin’ real bad over this. But Kap got paid. Instead of worrying about him, get your mind on your money and quit putting so much energy into being a hater. Or stay broke...makes me no difference either way.

What makes him a mongrel? Isn’t that a term typically reserved for animals? My son is mixed...is he a mongrel too? Explain. Because you’ve never called a black man a mongrel to his face in your life. Why do it here?

And what he can or can’t do at work isn’t in your purview. You’re not his boss. You’re just from the tribe (southern white conservative male) that THINKS you should the boss of black folks because your ancestors had that kind of authority. You don’t and never will.

Those days are over bud!! Your grandfather’s America is dead and buried.

Another take down and a ten count. Are they getting up off the mat? Nope, looks like they have all thrown in their towels. The decision, therefore, is unanimous, and this beatdown is over!

I support Colin Kaepernick, his activism, his cause and his WIN in this lawsuit. More power to that man! I wish him all the best in any and every endeavor he pursues in the future.

Wow, $60 million? I thought it wasn't about the money? Will he be giving 90% to social activism?

This is why playing the race card and being a victim is such a big business in America, he earned more by kneeling than he ever did playing.
Of the $60 million, I wonder how much of it AOC would like to tax him on. Would she want him at the 70% rate? Otherwise, what was his lawyer's cut of the settlement?

I would bet 90+ percent of current NFL players were defending Kap in his collusion case. Just a few weeks ago 85 players were asked if he should still be in the league , and 81 said yes.

My take on this is, the NFL feared this case going to hearing and having some of it's dirty laundry aired during discovery.
Also even though it seems Kap is done with NFL permanently, that is not an absolute. With this case closed some owner may finally decide to give him a shot. Tiki Barber on his radio show seemed pretty confident at that.

Actually the amount he received will never be known. And the real total is irrelevant to me. If Kim Kardashian can make the type of money she has by getting her notoriety by doing nothing but making a soft porn movie on the internet, I wouldn't put it past Kap making this coin.

Frankly, I was mostly sick of the children on this forum and others that desperately tried to keep Kap in the limelight with all their stupid posts about how they weren't going to watch football anymore, how Nike was going to go bankrupt, etc. I've never seen so many immature clowns that couldn't just use a remote and turn their TVs off for a couple of minutes or use a "mute" button. These are the same type of guys that let their blood pressure boil over when someone gives them the finger driving 70 mph past them. I don't worry about nonsense like this. I've seen people burn a flag before, I shake my head, and move on. All Kap did was troll people and apparently many of them don't know how you handle a troll (hint: you ignore them).

Does Kap deserve it? In my mind, no. He was washed up, had been figured out by every defensive coordinator in the league, and would have never got the payday he was looking for with his new contract. He played the NFL like a violin and won. That's the way things go. I'm sure he's not losing any sleep by a bunch of guys whining about it on a forum while he has more money than he could spend in a lifetime.

In the case of Kaepernick, he didn't have the leadership or arm to be a great QB in the NFL so he made the best of his limited abilities.

Eric Reid (who I used to work out with when I was working on a Project in Louisiana) just made some extra cash as he already is an established player with a nice contract.

I applaud both guys getting money for nothing but now it's clear they're both sell outs.

They had previously got like 90 million out of the NFL for programs that addressed their causes. If Kaepernick now dropped out of sight, you might be right. Do you really think that is going to happen?

If you're trying to tell me that most NFL players are trash, I'm not going to argue with you.
