No, because there is a law against kicking people out based on race. The things you described are highly race/religion specific, so you can't do that. It's the law. Race, gender, age, religion are protected category. Just as you can't kick a woman out of a restaurant for wearing a dress because that is gender specific (Yes, men can wear dresses but women are commonly associated with dresses).
A MAGA hat, is not race specific. In fact, Trump himself argued many different races wear the hat. When a thing is NOT race/sex/age/religion/ specific, a business has every right to not serve that customer based on that thing.
.
Clearly you are triggered by the hat. Ever wonder if this is normal?
I have several custom-made automotive political stickers including a two-dimensional MAGA hat that are static-stick and easy to remove.
I enjoy the reaction they provoke both pro and con.

The guy with custom-made political stickers attached to a two-dimensional hat for the purpose of easy removal and inciting reaction from passerbys is asking if I'm normal?
Sure the business can refuse service if they like, especially if the patron is causing disruption. Refusal for only the hat says more about the business owner than the patron. Expecting people not to wear attire because you don't like it or it makes you uncomfortable is your problem, not theirs. Unless you own the particular business, you don't decide what is proper for someone else.
There is one Jesse Smullett on the Left. He is the exception that proves the rule.
There are millions of Jesse Smullett on the right. If you think one Smulett is intolerable, trying having to deal with millions of them. Now you know what being on the Left is like.
.
there are millions of people that have filed false police reports, consuming 100's of hours of police time, all for the purpose of gaining fame/notoriety or discrediting your political opposition.
12 pages of far left wing loony toons showing their utter intolerance for anything they don't agree with..... America is in deep trouble because of that.
That's because a "Hillary Clinton Rocks" t-shirt is not a symbol of hate and racism like a MAGA hat.
The difference is like walking into a bar wearing a Frankenstein mask vs wearing a white hood.
They are both just things to cover faces, but one has a very different implication than the other.
.
U know of course, that the hate and racism exists in your mind, not in the mind of the person wearing it. Wearing a U of M shirt in Columbus OH will get you some nasty looks, but the problem is with the person giving the nasty look, not the person wearing the t-shirt.
You are the problem, not the person in the MAGA hat. But your raging TDS will never allow you to see that.

So as long as you can invent lies, stereotypes and sufficiently degenerate the character of the group or person you are beating the hell out of, then it's justified.
wonderful, and spoken like a true Democrat from the 1940s, who had convinced themselves that it was okay to mistreat a person simply for them being black, or Japanese, or whatever race or class of person they looked down upon.
