Wow I had no idea Christ said that what sort of gun did he carry? Was it open carry or concealed carry

10,000, that’s a lot of communion to give. How long did it take you to receive it.

I'm sure Alabama is okay with that.

Yikes...Jesus stopped at 5,000. There was a mega church in MO that had a group of official-looking men standing in busy street directing traffic into the church parking lot. It looked like an official traffic detour or an emergency diversion and all the cars coming down the road were sent into the church parking lot. Crazy people figured they could obstruct the flow of traffic. People were so confused since there was no other outlet and they had to circle back out against the stream of cars that were being diverted in.

Sounds like your church doesn't go for that feeding of the poor and clothing the naked type of stuff, huh?

Ever hear the name Dylann Roof? Went into a South Carolina church and slaughtered 12 innocent people. I bet they would have a good chance of being alive today if someone other than that scumbag was armed! I fully support having armed guards/cops at churches, synagogues and mosques. In fact when I was with the NYPD we had directed patrol to houses of worships all the time.

I guess everyone forgot about Ted Haggard? His ex mega church in 2007 had an ex cop security team member fight off an armed attacker who killed 2 and wounded 3 more before she put down the criminal. Or the Nazi who attacked the Charleston African Methodist Episcopalian bible study more recently in 2015.

Practically all synagogues have armed security no matter how small their congregation might be because they are the targets of Nazis and Jihadist.

Police, as a non governmental body seems to suggest that they carry more authority and responsibilities than just armed security. Maybe local traffic and parking control for an example

I’m sorry but I don’t want to go to church with armed guards.

No great loss for Alabama.
Why do you think it's wrong for a church to protect the worshipers in attendance?
