So, OP, you want our president to be able to do whatever he wants anywhere in the world without having to answer to anyone? Is that REALLY what you want? Do you hate this country so much you would hand over complete and unrestricted power to executive branch with absolutely no checks or balances allowed from the other EQUAL branches of government?

Since Obama isn't our president anymore and
he is not the one threatening war I would say no.
We are still engaged in his wars.

One might believe that lying us into wars would be unconstitutional also. Granted, a more complicated argument but then that would encompass FDR, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon and Bush at the least.
I hate when people say "fixed it for you", but we are run by wall street. They simply have a compliant ally in the authoritarian police state run military dictatorship.
