Kamela is dunzo she has Hillarys problem she's not likable. I'm open to both sides (voted for Obama ) but if this is the best Dems can put forth Trumps a lock in to win again. Maybe even winning more states. If Biden was 10 years younger and more with it he'd have a good chance to win but now...... no way. Trump will eviserate him on the debates.
Just wanted to let you know: it did say Dems chime in, but the website is a public one and there are no guide lines that indicate only certain people can respond. I do understand what you are getting at though.

Bidens seems to have a lot of health issues, and they are not just recently either.

Please respond to the following questions:

1. What CA county are you registered to vote in?

2. What Political Party do you belong to?

3. Please rank the following Democratic Candidates in order of prefence, 1 being your favorite, 4 being your least favorite: Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren

4. What are the 3 most important issues to you?
1. Sacramento
2. GOP
3. I wouldn't vote for any of them. Warren, Sanders, and Harris have policy plans that would cost trillions of dollars per year to fund. It's not possible to fund their programs without raising our taxes to 70% or more. Open borders is a policy plan that even most Dems can't get behind. Harris, specifically, is an opportunistic flip flopper of a horrible person who has a history of screwing the minority classes she so falsely claims to have their best interests. Biden is a joke, he can't even remember how to tie his shoes.
The only Dem I would vote for would be Tulsi Gabbard. I think she's an upstanding individual.

4. Taxes, welfare, illegal immigration.

1. SF

2. Dem (center-left)

3. Harris/Warren, Biden, Buttigieg

Sanders can't even use terms properly. He's advocating for social democracy (I'm ok with this after experiencing it first hand in Europe - no deductibles, waiting periods, etc), but it is markedly different than democratic socialism. He needs to brush up on his European political theory.

The draw back is in such Countries in Europe. I was just in Denmark and they have free health care, free university, if unemployed they pay rent on an apt and provide additional benefits.

However the minimum income tax on any income is 36% and if you make a nice income it rises to 51%. Then in place of a sales tax they have a Value Added Tax (VAT) and it is 25% of the purchase price. In addition if you buy a car you pay a tax that varies from about 80% of the purchase price to as much as 151%. Buying an 8oz bottle of coke was $5.0 at a minimum and in some cases $8.00. Most European Countries are similar.

They cook at home a lot and ride bicycles a LOT (Great bike lanes for sure there) and some do not even own a car and most families that do own a car, own 1 car. One friend and his wife there at 70 years old, do not own a car and walk or bike everywhere.

How much of your pay check would be left?

Can you get to work anywhere walking, on a bike, bus or train? You can in the vast majority of cities and towns in Denmark and Europe.

Oh, and immigration is very hard unlike CA or the US. They will take care of citizens.

Expat ... you are speculating that electing Sanders would transition the US to an economy equivalent of Denmark? Um no. Not even close. The POTUS doesn’t have dictatorial powers (although present POTUS thinks he should). And the US economy and culture are distinctly different.

Certain runaway industries, such as health care and education, like public utilities, demand broad regulation of management for the benefit of the general population. Not because socialism is a superior ideology but simply because unfettered capitalism is destroying its own consumer base and will thus collapse itself. A healthy, well educated population is required to have successful consumerism.

That said: Yang for POTUS ... Freedom Dividend, Compassionate Capitalism, modern solutions for modern day problems. The only candidate running on math, science and intelligence rather than ideology.

MATH! (Make America Think Harder!)

Yes everything you observed is right. I have relatives there. They drive only when they absolutely have to otherwise it's train or bike. My grandfather long passed never even learned how to drive and he lived to 102!! Did you noticed how many bike are in Copenhagen? It rivals Holland. They also never eat out. The restaurants are mainly for tourists. When we went to McDonald's there we had to pay for ketchup and request ice. They do have good perks like lots of vacation time, free college and health care but the pendulum swings to the other side where they have it very hard to survive in a way we feel is normal on other things.

I have family in Sweden and Norway and they are not wealthy but they take vacations overseas every year, drive newer cars but take public transportation to work because it's so cheap. They eat out quite a bit (usually lunch as that seems to be the most popular meal to eat at a restaurant) and enjoy a very nice life. Those high taxes allow them to pay very little for childcare, college tuition, medical care & they don't have to worry about ending up homeless if they lose their job or become disabled.

PS a 2 liter bottle of Coca Cola in Stockholm costs around $2.22 If I go to a restaurant in San Francisco I'm pretty sure I could find one selling soda for $5-$8 a glass, but that does not mean that most people pay that much.

I initially supported Yang but his policy positions aren't really well thought out, i.e. legalize opioids but not cocaine because “the addiction has very different features.”

Most important issues: Climate change, healthcare, and most important; an administration that you don't have to wake up every day wondering what they blundered or destroyed while you were asleep
Destroyed, I don't think so: what he might tweet, for sure. If you put think I number 1 issue is what one man might say early in the morning, I feel sorry for you.

Butte
Democrat (haven't vote for one since 2012... after 34 years of faithfully voting for the party).

Buttigieg
Warren
Sanders

They're the three most interesting, although I don't want any of them to get elected (and certainly won't vote blue). Biden just needs to embrace retirement and take it easy. At some point one should realize their physical and mental limitations where age is concerned (and everyone is different - Sanders doesn't worry me the same way).
