Any country should put their own citizens first, and most of them do, except for this one. The left is having a love affair with illegals who are getting way more than they are entitled to get while we have a homeless crisis of epic proportions.

Why should it? You guys always talk about how the Constitution is a perfect document. Well the Constitution makes it pretty clear that rights are inalienable and God-given. By that logic, the US has no moral grounds to put US citizens ahead of foreign-born people, all things being equal, since non-citizens have the same rights and freedoms as Americans.
That's what a constitutionalist should believe.

First, he doesn't know the Declaration of Independence and Constitution are two different documents. Inalienable rights appears in the Declaration of Independence.

My answer is irrelevant. I'm saying what your answer should be if you're someone always holding up the Constitution as cover...

Where exactly does the Constitution mention inalienable rights?

Lol.

You have already shown your ignorance in regards to the Constitution.

Pursuant to the Declaration of Independence, all men have Creator endowed rights that governments were instituted to secure.
However, citizens, by consent to be governed, surrender that endowment and have mandatory civic duties that abrogate rights.

So technically, the government serves the non-citizen American national, and the subject citizen serves the government.
= = = =

Those who might be skeptical of the fact that the Declaration is the underlying foundation of all American law need only check the fact that EVERY STATE CONSTITUTION repeats the premise stated in the Declaration.

(p.s.- it's also the source of the republican form of government)
