Reading about this over the weekend. What the NYT failed to include is the 'victim' has NO recollection of the incident. That's an important part of the story they left out. Wonder why?
Where is your source for above in bold?
Quote:
Max Stier, who currently runs a nonprofit in Washington, DC. Stier said he told senators and the FBI about his experience with Kavanaugh, alleging the justice forced his penis into the hand of a woman during his freshman year.
Read it again please. The victim said nothing. She refused. The friends of the victim asserted she had no memory of it. The question would be the memories of others present. The victim has not denied that it happened either.
Kinda important to check out the story by talking to the alleged victim though isn't it?
Isn't that something a reporter would check into?
I mean, this is the NYT after all and not "Star Magazine".

The victim declined to be interviewed. The accusation was never made by the victim. It came from Stier who was a witness to it. It is similar to the claims made by Ramirez who had some 25 witnesses who would purportedly support her story but were never interviewed by the FBI.
Again the inference in all this is that the Trump administration failed to investigate this stuff to support Kananaugh. Kavanaugh's detractors appear to have a reasonable case.
Demwits and their media slaves can't even be creative with their lies. "Well, we got lots of clicks last time, Boss, so let's run the same story!" (insert Beavis and Butthead laughing)
^^^ appears you are a faithful Fox & Friends sheeple.

The authors were also told of a similar incident at a separate party by Kavanaugh’s classmate Max Stier, who currently runs a nonprofit in Washington, DC. Stier said he told senators and the FBI about his experience with Kavanaugh, alleging the justice forced his penis into the hand of a woman during his freshman year. The FBI did not investigate Stier’s claims, however.
Right off the bat Vox loses credibility on this one. Stier did not accuse Kavanaugh of forcing his penis in her hand, he accused Kavanaugh of having his pants down and his friends pushing his penis into her hand.

The allegation, Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly write in a New York Times story adapted from their forthcoming anti-Kavanaugh book, is this: “We also uncovered a previously unreported story about Mr. Kavanaugh in his freshman year that echoes Ms. Ramirez’s allegation. A classmate, Max Stier, saw Mr. Kavanaugh with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student.”
One is assault, the other is other people perpetuating the assault. Big difference.

It's going to keep happening unless he sues them all up the wazoo.
Would love to see a lawsuit by Kavanaugh. Then he would have no choice but to release all the documents during discovery. Not a chance a hell that he sues.
