The Democrats will keep this up all across the board now. Release a bit of info about a person, but just enough, even if it's not verified, in order to plant the seeds of doubt.
Right off the bat Vox loses credibility on this one. Stier did not accuse Kavanaugh of forcing his penis in her hand, he accused Kavanaugh of having his pants down and his friends pushing his penis into her hand.
One is assault, the other is other people perpetuating the assault. Big difference.
And what was Kavanaugh doing while his buddies pushes his privates into her hand? This makes a difference? Who pulled his pants down?

Why wouldn't the NYT or other media source follow up with the 25 witnesses then?
It sounds like the witnesses turned out to be even more "purported" than first thought.
A better question is why the FBI didn't interview one of the 25 witnesses, Deborah Ramirez or her mother since she provided the names. Besides people keep focusing on the anonymous witness mentioned in the book, since they didn't believe Ramirez who went on record why do you expect that they would believe this other woman if she came forward. Fact is that this claim wasn't as damaging as Ford's allegations but as mentioned in the article it was easily verifiable but the FBI didn't follow up. Maybe ask the FBI if they were "purported" that should be easy to determine, maybe Barr can shed some light.
The Federalist Society and big business wanted Kavanagh no matter what came out, it was an easy matter for the FBI to follow up, why did they stop.
Honestly, the GOP needs to step up their game. Apparently pushing for impeachment proceedings for the flimsiest reasons and getting biased sources to lie for you is a thing. Better get in the game before every Republican Senator, Congressman, Governor, President and right leaning federal judge gets impeached and the Democrats use this ridiculous ruse to grab unchallenged absolute power.
The best part is that this re-energizes the conservative base. It's a great reminder how disingenuous the left and liberal media are.
Please, even a statement from Fox News resurrecting the Benghazi for the hundredth time would energize the base, doesn't even require facts just a theory.
