Maybe so but without the gun--there is no mass shooting. Right.

So all killers are or were members of the NRA?

The more guns from the NRA, the more family deaths and deaths all over the world.....Sick society.
NRA doesnt provide guns... They just protect our RIGHT to have them..
Is that so harsh to your little enclosed world?
Maybe you need to educate yourself on what the NRA has done and continues to do.
They dont push violence, media and hollywood do.
They dont advocate war, Media, Hollywood and Politicians do.
They dont feed our kids, family and friends mind altering drugs to help control them, Big Pharm does.
And 95% of all Mass shootings have been done by people that were on mind altering drugs, SSRI drugs. FBI stats show it. 67% suicides. AR15's are rarely used in real world homicides.. Look the stats up, stop being so close minded and trained by your media/politicians.

Perhaps but that doesn't stop the killer from picking other weapons to accomplish their goal.

Further, since we have reduced the number of what constitutes a mass attack, down to single digits, ........how many people could someone with a machete or a bow and arrow take out before they are stopped?

After all, remember how many people Ted Bundy took out at the Chi Omega House at Florida SU and he just had a log, nylon stocking, a mist bottle, and his teeth.

Stabbings in the UK are at a record high, to the point there is talk of banning all knives. So everyone will have to puree their fish and chips!

I think you are losing sight of the question I answered and that is the common denominator. Not the only denominator. To answer question: A lot less.

Well, if so, only as much as you are losing sight of the issue.

You stated, get rid of the guns and there are no mass shootings. Perhaps a true point, but it doesn't cover the issue of mass attacks.

Whether someone puts a bullet through another's skull or conks them over the head with a piece of wood, odds are it is not going to do the victim much good. If it kills them, dead is dead.

So the question is, what do we do to stop these people from attacking others?

I'm not sure that is possible to completely stop people from attacking others but we can make it harder. One way to make it harder would be to restrict guns since they are the most effective tools use to kill en mass. You talk about bonking someone on the head with a log. Yes, that could kill and no, restricting logs is not necessary. LOL But logs are not being used in mass killings nor will they ever likely be. Honestly, I feel quite silly writing this since it is beyond absurd.

Quite frankly, in a way, I am kind of glad they are using guns..........................

.......................because someone using a few well placed Molotov Cocktails would probably cause a lot more misery especially if the people did not die.

Just look at the mass attacks in the sub continent regions.
