They could also add a charge of campaign finance violation since Trump was an unindicted co-conspirator with Cohen. I think they should add a charge of failure to protect and defend the Constitution when Trump divulged classified info.

Who knows what they will put in the articles?
Who knows if there will even be any articles of impeachment. Based on what we have seen so far - the Democrat's 'Stsr witnesses' - it appears increasingly likely that there will not be any.

If you want to go after Schiff, have our own inquiry.

this situation is about Trump strong arming people to get dirt on his political rivals. It's sleazy and totally expected from him. We know, it isn't a big enough deal for you to impeach him because you "hate the libs".
They were complaining about closed hearings now they have public hearings and they are back to the whistle blower and Schiff, avoid the testimony and divert.

You know. Like Pompeo. Or Mulvaney. Or Rudy. Hell, even the actual call itself.
Why not call the guy trying to frame you, to answer many questions we already know the answer to.

..didn't one of their star witnesses say he got all of his information from the NYT?

dialog is changing so fast you can't keep up with the wording...

Quid pro quo blew up in their face...then it was changed to bribery....then extortion

....and now it's attempted crimes

"he was going to do it....but he forgot"...............LOL

Be serious. There are no witnesses that can prove his innocence. You can't prove a negative.

That is utterly ridiculous. Schiff is their boss, not a separate department.

LOL. The Senate will HAVE to identify Ciaramella. There can't be a trial without him.

The 6th Amendment says so.

Just to be clear, here is the 6th Amendment:

Quote:
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
Are you complaining about "...to be confronted with witnesses against him..."? The whistle blower is not a witness against Trump. He may have prompted the House to find witnesses against Trump, but the 6th doesn't say anything about that.
