Why was the term "cisgendered" even made in the first place? (regular, radical)

Cisgender doesn’t mean straight. It just means that you’re not a faggy, effeminate guy or a butch chick. Has nothing to do with sexuality.
Interesting... pretty sure that isn't what gender studies types mean when they use the word but I'm not surprised if it has taken on that meaning in popular culture.
I've never heard this term being widely used. Outside of "gender studies" bubbles of academia, who even uses this?
Kids do. They speak the language of political correctness as native speakers.
I think the term was created simply to justify the idea that one can choose gender. These are weird times and this new generation is just plain off their rockers.
And, now we have Latinx and womxn? the Kinks’ “Lola”. “Girls will be boys, and boys will be girls. It's a mixed up, muddled up, shook up world....
Except for Lola”
Cisgendered does not mean straight. It means that you agree with the gender you were assigned at birth.
I'm a man. But I was not assigned as a man at birth. I was assigned the term boy.
I am therefore here and now creating the term boyz2men-gendered.
It means I was a born a boy but I transitioned to being a man through hard work, perseverance, motownphilly, and bit more hair on my chin and balls than before I transitioned.
Please tweet this for all to see. Let Ja Rule know too. We need to know what he thinks.
