Trump's Holding Ukraine Aid Was Illegal (McCain, conspiracy, dollar, claims)

The aid to Ukraine has never been frozen. That's a tremendous lie from the illusionist left. Mandatory drug screen test should be stablished for all politicians every 6 months in order to keep their positions in the Hill. That is the effect of the liberalization of marijuana that they both yearn for and promote.
This kind of "support" for Trump is reaching the level of the absurd. Of course it was frozen:
In the summer of 2019, OMB withheld from obligation approximately $214 million appropriated to DOD for security assistance to Ukraine. See Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2019, Pub. L. No. 115-245, div. A, title IX, § 9013, 132 Stat. 2981, 3044–45 (Sept. 28, 2018). OMB withheld amounts by issuing a series of nine apportionment schedules with footnotes that made all unobligated balances for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI) unavailable for obligation. https://www.gao.gov/assets/710/703909.pdf
I'm wondering if everyone knows the difference in policy infractions and an actual crime.
Crime - Harm or theft.
Infraction - Not following policy or statutory law.
Which means that impeachable crimes are:
1. Treason
2. Bribery
3. High crimes
4. High Misdemeanors
Fixed it for the illiterate
Now, here this is according to the Constitutional Rights Foundation
What are “high crimes and misdemeanors”? On first hearing this phrase, many people probably think that it is just an 18th century way of saying “felonies and misdemeanors.” Felonies are major crimes and misdemeanors are lesser crimes. If this interpretation were correct, “high crimes and misdemeanors” would simply mean any crime. But this interpretation is mistaken.
You are of course referring to the Barack Hussein Obama administration, correct? He was the first half black president with six names and taxi cab ears.
Obama admin had no lawbreakers. No drama Obama.
Trump has already had what at least 5-10 associates convicted of crimes?
Nothing was illegal - as the aid had to be paid by the end of September.

I'm guessing you missed the crux of the issue, which you may find when you re-read the GAO report at page 5 ¶3:
The Constitution grants the President no unilateral authority to withhold funds from obligation.
Let's start small, because I don't want to overwhelm you.
Is Ukraine a US State, US County, US Municipality or US Territory?
The answer is none of those.
Ukraine is a foreign country.
The operand here is "foreign."
Who is the only person in the United States vested with the sole authority over Foreign Policy?
That would be a US President.
If Ukraine would be a US State or US Territory, then that would fall under Domestic Policy and no President would have the authority to withhold funds authorized by Congress.
However, Ukraine is a foreign state. A President is the sole arbiter of Foreign Policy, excepting consent to treaties and the appointment of ambassadors.
Note that a President can abrogate any treaty approved by the Senate at any time for any reason or no reason at all and no President ever has to provide an explanation why the US withdrew from a treaty (although it's probably best to at least give a hint).
Likewise, a President can alter Foreign Policy for any reason or no reason at all, and a President needs only his own consent or approval to do so.
Trump is not the first President to reduce or withhold funds authorized by Congress to a foreign country, because that foreign country did or did not do something.
Trump will, of course, rely on the dozens US Supreme Court cases stating that Presidents and Cabinet Members have extra-Constitutional powers --powers not mentioned in the Constitution -- stemming from their inherent duties as well as the Stamp Act, the Declaration of Independence and the Articles of Confederation and had every right to do what he did.
The US Supreme Court is not going to reverse itself after dozens of ruling in the last 50 years.
nice deflection but it just doesn't work. If what you are claiming is true, the Right would have launched another 2 year long investigation as they did with Benghazi.
Then how do you explain that Claudia Rosett (New York Post) uncovered a string of 13 identical money transfers of $99,999,999.99 each (one cent less than $100 million), paid out of an obscure Treasury Department stash known as the “Judgment Fund.” The transfers were made on 1/19/16, just two days after the administration announced it had reached the $1.7 billion settlement with Iran. They total just 13 cents shy of $1.3 billion, the same amount Kerry’s State Department claims Iran was owed in “interest” from the $400 million the U.S. government had been holding.
The Democrats are unable to defeat Trump at the ballot box this fall and they know it. None of their candidates has what it takes. What's worse (for them), Trump's popularity among Blacks and Hispanics is rising; still just 20-30% by recent polls, but if 25% of Blacks vote for Trump, the Democrats will lose for sure.
Also, his popularity is rising among moderates and independents fed up with partisan politics and the obvious failure of Democrat policies in coastal California, Detroit, Baltimore, etc.
The only thing the Democrats have now is impeachment. Thus, they're putting literally every word and action of the President under a microscope, trying to gin up a crime based on some technicality or other. His conversation with the Ukraine leader was probably not the smartest thing he's ever done, but the aid was not affected one way or the other, and then of course there's the whole Biden-Ukraine thing that is much more clearly a bribery/quid-pro-quo situation.
Realize, folks, that this whole thing is about the courts. Trump and the Republican-run Senate have been installing hundreds of conservative judges (187 at last count) as well as two Supreme Court Justices. Ginsburg's going to keel over any day now, and that will give him a historic third Justice. Sotomayor has serious diabetes. Thomas is sick of his job and would like to retire. The Supreme Court will be the Trump Court.
Trump's even managed to flip the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals with several judicial appointments that have tilted the court from mostly left wing to approximately 50-50 and likely to become conservative in a few years if he's reelected.
The last thing the Democrats want him to make is another Supreme Court appointment or two. They're probably hoping that while he's under impeachment, he can be recused from appointing a Justice.
One thing the Dems don't generally talk about is that Pence is more conservative than Trump. Be careful what you wish for, Dems. You may end up with a fundamentalist Christian running the show, a man who is unimpeachable, a good orator who wows the crowds at Trump rallies, and is highly electable compared to the pool of Democrats currently gunning for the nomination.
Pence is every bit as dirty as Trump. He was 100% IN on the bribe to have Ukraine *announce* an investigation into Biden.
This was confirmed last night.
That said, everyone is pretty clear on the fact that the VP steps in if the potus is removed from office.
Quite clear.
Pence is smarmy and would not be elected.
