There are a heck of a lot of us that do not want to see a Democrat in the White House next time.

The Constitution says the Senate is where the trial takes place. A trial means witnesses called by each side. That is a core element of Anglo-American jurisprudence.

The House has simply informed the Senate that Trump has been impeached for abuse of power. Now it will tell the Senate how the offense occurred by calling witnesses to prove it.

I'm pretty sure that fnh and 99% of the DNC's fans on C-D don't care about evidence either. If they did they would see this for the sham and hoax it is. I mean a 5th grader could look at the timeline and figure it out. 3+ years of Russian collusion ends in exoneration by Saint Robert Mueller. Then a Obama toadie runs to Adam Schiff and voila we have the Ukrainian hoax.

The Democrats must believe that everyone is as stupid as their base.

OK, what crime was committed?

Let me fact check that for you.

The House impeached without the alleging a crime, which the constitution requires for impeachment.

The senate is giving Trump the same process it gave president Clinton.

You literally got is completely backwards.

lol @ the

Biden convinced the Ukraine officials he had the power to do so, and thereby effectively did have the power. And of course he did it for Hunter's benefit. Totally.

And it has everything to do with the "charges" against Trump. Trump, as is acknowledged by folks that were a party to the call, asked for nothing. Biden insisted they fire the prosecutor or they would not get the funds.

So your view of them being untrue is demonstrably wrong.

But thanks for playing.

Don't play dumb.
When has the Senate colluded with the White House and not "do impartial justice?"

Read the Federalist Papers. "High crimes and misdemeanors" were expressly to encompass an abuse of office for personal gain. They never referred to statutorily-established crimes, which appears to be what you are looking for. Indeed, the Federal Code did not even exist at the time. You are misinformed, per usual.
