My son and I sell and install pullout shelves for cabinets but we know nothing about retail...
Is it a big company? You run it?

I had one customer for example upset about us not carrying a product. Forgot if it was online only or we were just out of it. Our system sucked because it wasn't accurate so it was frustrating for us too.
Customer had a fit, and I was trying to be as accommodating as possible at first. But she was just a straight up ****.
She wanted to talk to the manager, so I told her I'll go get him. It was time to go so I clocked out and left.
Seeing that when one is working at a restaurant, they are an at-will employee and not a civil servant, I'd say that the firing was justified. The customer was also a jerk who should have been asked to leave.
Jussie has nothing to do with this. Said person was just gaslighting to deflect from the actual topic.
It wasn't gaslighting imo. There have been a ton of race hoaxes, Jussie being a really well known one.
I would not immediately believe the story in the OP due to such if there wasn't a customer that recorded it.
