As President Trump stated in his address a few days ago, if you show symptoms, go to your doctor and have yourself checked out appropriately for this virus.

And.....

Again, south korea have two ground zero : one in a hospital, the other one is the church. 60% of their cases is related to that one church.

Right now, we already have community transmission, we must practice social distancing. Regardless how many people we test, if we don't self quarantine, or practice social distancing, we will be like Italy.

Italy tested a lot of people too.

Though I do not like Newsome, I was happy to hear that they were working on dealing with this outbreak.

Can't make this stuff up.... eh?
When push comes to shove they know to put politics aside for the moment.

The American public...not so much.

Trump got it wrong and now has it right.
That seems to drive some people over the edge. Evidently it irritates them when someone admits their mistake - even if they do it days later.

Trump and team is doing well.

345 new deaths in Italy.

They only instituted the lockdown last week. Up to 14 day incubation period..remember ?

It will be at least 2 weeks if not 3 to see if the lockdown is working.

Here's just one such instance / example where people who met such criteria were being tested:

As I wrote somewhere else, this is incorrect. They are turning away many people who have requested a test and are displaying symptoms. I personally know of such people experiencing this right now, and have decided to self quarantine. And even better, they expect a person who is sick to actually get in a car or something and commute to a primary care doctor, and that doctor needs to authorize the test to be given, but that doctor has guidelines and authorizing such a test.

So no, the US is not testing everyone who shows symptoms.
