There's still not enough test kits. This administration is either in the midst of a complete failure to respond, or is staging a coverup of how widespread the virus is.
At least in my uncle's regional hospital, there is no cover up or chaos. Testing kit is not an issue for them, yet.
Can't speak for all hospitals, but I will try to report what I know.

The USA has tested 11,000 people so far. Pathetic.
Because we didn't use WHO's test. We had to go off and try to design a bigger and better test which flopped.
And we still won't take WHO's test knowing ours is flawed.

Another person who has no clue what's going on here. How can so many be so misinformed when there is so much information out there from which to educate themselves? This is what is called willful ignorance.
Try reading about what S Korea has done and you'll see your homeboy Trump is an absolute failure for containing the virus.
S korea made a lot of mistakes at the very beginning, and their people were not entirely happy with their government at all. They were mad because there were no traveling bans and they had massive community transmission.
over 60% of their cases linked to one church, their situation is entirely different.
I have a question.
By shutting everything down, how is that helping in the long run? Canceling all these events for 30 to 90 days then go back to normal again. Are "they" hoping that the virus will be stop spreading? I get that canceling large gatherings help stop spreading the virus. But that doesn't mean it will not pick up again once we are back to normal again. Right?
Go look up what it means to flatten the curve of the spread so that it doesn't overwhelm our hospitals and they are able to manage and care for the sick. Yes, there will still be a lot of cases, but they won't hit the medical community all at once and overwhelm them, like what happened in Italy. That's what cancelling these events is all about. The cities and states are taking charge because we have absolutely no leadership in Washington.

Italy is the poster child for inaction with this virus.
