If someone were to get the virus and die because these guys cleared the shelf at the local dollar store, they should be brought up on manslaughter charges.
What about the one who can’t buy anything and dies because you shut down these sellers???
People, think of it this way, if we shut down for 3 weeks, Nobody in nobody out, we lose 3 weeks of our freedom, our country won't be as screwed as Italy.
Poor italy! I am so sad for them and I actually cried for them today! 3590 new cases today after the whole country locked down! WTH!
But what happens after 3 weeks? A shutdown only works if it complete eradicates the virus. It probably won't so then after 3 weeks we open back up and a month later we are back to where we are now. We cannot keep yoyoing like that.
You should read the WaPo article on this. It made a pretty good case for why a shutdown is hopeless in the long run and it is better to just slow-go the virus with social distancing.
People are either free or not free. A free person should be able to sell is rightfully acquired properties in anyway he likes.

Most presidents have never run a business. So that would make them even less qualified, according to your odd presidential value matrix. Realistically speaking though, Trump has no control over the fed's actions, nor the falling markets around the world. The fed is responding to the situation independently, and doing what they think is best. Trump may be at the helm, but you can't blame the captain of a ship for stormy waters.
I'll remember this comment when you say that Trump needs to stay president because the economy is great under him and it is only because of him... And I thought that Trump said this wasn't an economic crisis? Interest rates to zero sounds like a crisis righting.
