It'll buy people another month from an eviction/foreclosure at best. Those not at risk likely just throw it in savings in case their jobs disappear. So I don't see it being much of shot in the arm for the economy.

So you really aren't against socialism after all when it benefits you. You will cash the check and keep the money even as you pretend to give lip service to being against it.

There will be lots of newly converted socialists who cash their checks without a second thought. And then will continue to pretend they are anti-socialism.

It's okay to admit it. You basically already have.

You can still spend...we got 2 food orders delivered to our house yesterday and about to buy a Tesla Model Y. Regardless, we need to get money to people so they can live when you shut the economy down.

Just watching the local news, it seems like the payments will be split between the two checks, about $500 each. That isn't gonna help... Too little for those that need it.

Its really not benefitting me at all... they give me a $1000, my portion of the national debt will go up about $1000... I am just holding it until they want it back..

It's a socialist program and you are partaking of it. You are not fooling anyone. If you stood on your principles you would never cash that check. But you will. Just like every one else who pretends to be against socialism until it's money in their pocket.

By taking the money, you are participating in socialism and helping to advance the philosophy. Good for you!

Buy online. Walmart, CVS, Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Staples, Home Depot, Office Depot, most grocery stores, most department stores, and most restaurants in quarantine cities offer deliver or pick-up.

Only if you are part of the 50% that didn't pay income tax.
