Trump did much of what the Chinese did and made the outbreak far worse in the US than it might have been. He squandered two months that could have been used to build inventory of personal protection equipment, utterly totally and completely botched the US testing program, and repeatedly lied and downplayed the risks to the American people. Should we call this epidemic the "Trump flu" in the US? It sounds fitting to me.
It originated in China and was concealed from the rest of the world by the Chinese government, which silenced and imprisoned journalists who tried to inform the rest of the world.

The WH started this disgusting campaign a couple of weeks ago by having Pompeo, and some Republican senators and administration people and Trump himself continually call the virus by various other names meant to nefariously label it, and thus started the drumbeat of blaming and labeling China. All the while ignoring the real threat and failing to act swiftly for the American people.
It is only one of their many efforts to deflect and politicize this public health crisis, and now weaponize it by smearing China instead of using the correct term COVID19. The World Health Organization and genuine leaders actually requested the POTUS cease this disgusting approach, but we all know he and his minions did not. Instead they have ramped up their efforts!
We the people and the entire world be dammed. The Donald needs to look good!

My God! Give it a break. Go do your part / make yourself useful and go grocery shopping for an elderly person who is most susceptible. Otherwise that elderly person will have to go out on their own and if they get it they'll help spread the joy before they become too sick.
